Summary: 
In wireless sensor network systems, a frequency offset estimation method has been proposed under inter-symbol interference due to multipath propagation and co-channel interference. This paper proposes a modified frequency offset estimation method which performs iterative estimation to achieve both high estimation accuracy and wide estimation range. The estimation accuracy and range with the proposed method are evaluated by computer simulations.
