In modern society, culture is formed by individual's behaviors varying their cultural status by surrounding people. We assume the individual's value is significant factor of the process and construct the agent-based model. Based on Axelrod's cultural dissemination model, that represents the emergence of diverse communities through individual adaptation to its environment, we introduced the factor of individual's value to the agents. As a result of the agent-based simulation, it is clarified that the difference in individual's value has a significant impact on the formation of communities such as size and diversity of communities.
