With the diversity of Internet services, the flow QoS guarantee technologies which try to guarantee the bandwidth over Wireless LAN environment have attracted. There are several flow QoS controls over IEEE 802.11 which shares a bandwidth equally (we call QoS-MAC) and the technologies which guarantee the bandwidth by using TCP congestion control (we call QoS-TCP). In the past, these technologies have studied independently. In order to establish a new cross layer technology, this paper proposes a method that uses QoS-TCP which tries to acquire a bandwidth and assists it by using QoS-MAC. As a result of simulation experiments by using ns2, we found that combination of QoS-TCP and QoS-MAC can guarantee the flow QoS efficiently compared to the case when QoS-TCP and QoS-MAC are used separately.
