Summary: 
This work presents a compensation method for a low-voltage body-input comparator to alleviate its performance deterioration caused by process variations. The simulation results show that the proposed compensation circuit is effective for comparator to maintain higher resolution and good stability for all corners in a 0.5 V supply.
