Summary: 
In this paper, we conduct an empirical study to clarify the comprehensive QoE structure considering delay condition and content preference by using structural equation modeling. The subjective evaluation experiments were done by using YouTube's video contents with a network emulator that added delay to data packets. As a result, we show that the QoE evaluation was significantly influenced by content preference. In addition, the diversity of the QoE evaluation was verified to four user segments by using multiple population analysis.
