Summary: 
To avoid troubles of tampering by putting a probe to terminals of IoT nodes directly, it is effective to monitor electrostatic capacitance of the terminal and detect small difference of the capacitance caused by probe putting. In this study, it is demonstrated that it is possible to detect the small capacitance difference with higher precision by using on-chip micro capacitor and multi-stage charge transfer than conventional 1-stage charge transfer.
