Summary: 
The original document of superconductivity was discovered 105 years ago, and the superconducting electronics devices began to appear. The characteristics, development process and practicalization process of high performance superconducting microwave filter are described. We describe from the viewpoint of why the superconducting bandpass filter system installed in mobile phone base stations, noise elimination bandpass filter of commercial radio telescope and narrowband bandpass filter for weather radar were put into practical use. We also describe the features, advantages and current status of the SQUID and SFQ devices, which are particularly expected for superconducting devices.
