This paper presents a novel scheduling method to optimize demand and supply of electricity in the smart houses where the power supply system is equipped with photovoltaic power generation and electric storage devices. Mathematical Programming is defined to minimize electricity charges with consideration of solar insolation provided from the open data of daily weather forecast. Our evaluation results revealed that the proposed method can achieve substantial reduction of electricity charges under the Real Time Pricing on the assumption that prices are dynamically changed by weather and time.
