This paper proposes geometry of the reflectarray elements for polarization conversion. These elements have reflection phase difference between the TE and the TM waves is about 90° range more than the fractional bandwidth 10% and the reflection phase characteristics are almost linear phase curves over wide frequency range. To verify usefulness of the proposed elements, an offset-feed reflectarray is fabricated by using the proposed elements in the Ku band, and the polarization property is investigated numerical discussion and experimental ones.
