Summary: 
Flow classified one-to-all reliability is a reliability measure expressing the extent of how each area becomes not to be isolated from other areas in communications. While this is very useful in the reliability design of telecommunications networks of developing countries, it has a problem because its evaluation time becomes intolerably long if network size becomes large. For this problem, we propose a new method, based on combining two techniques with existing method. One is to stop the evaluation procedure in its early stage. The other is to reduce the size of network without changing the value of reliability measure.
