Summary: 
For the security and safety in the information-communications society, we had began discussion to apply SEI (Specific Emitter Identification) to wireless network. However, the conventional schemes has been not studied in the actual channel. In this paper, we propose a new scheme with correlation integral of rump up and frequency domain equalization. A demonstration with the decoded AIS (Automatic Identification System) data indicates the frequency domain equalization of the proposed scheme improve the perfomance of SEI conspicuously and one prameter set enable to identificate emitter perfectly.
