Summary: 
Visible light communications using an image sensor as a receiver are very attractive. However, it is difficult to achieve high rate transmission because the frame rate of standard image sensors is too slow. In this paper, we construct a prototype of a visible light communication system adopting parallel transmission to increase a transmission rate. We propose an original algorithm constructed of position detection based on the correlation characteristic of M-sequence, image correction by perspective transformation, etc, and employ an FEC code for reliable communication. We evaluate the performance of this system by some experiments.
