Summary: 
Transmission power design method for flooding has been proposed to develop long-life wireless sensor network. This paper proposes high reliable data-collecting flooding management scheme for real environment. This scheme can extract it's high-efficient performance from theoretical solution which is derived under idealized circumstances.
