Summary: 
This paper provides a new scheme for managing queuing congestion in theme parks. We first propose an electronic market for “priority passes,” rights for entering a certain attraction at predetermined time-window without queuing. We then show that a well-designed mechanism enables the priority pass market to decrease queuing losses.
