This paper proposes a novel optimization method based on the advanced Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm that has the good performance on large scale optimization problems named the differential ABC algorithm, and evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed method through numerical experiments on large scale benchmark problems.
