Summary: 
Recent advances in internet broadcasting have made easy distribution of video possible, accommodating tens of thousands of simultaneous viewers yet requiring no large investment in equipment nor special expertise. However, the protection of creators' rights has also become an issue. One solution is to employ a JFD (Joint Fingerprinting and Decryption) system, tracing the illegal redistribution of video via noncancelable digital watermarking. We propose an easy-to-use JFD public-key encryption scheme with high watermark availability that maintains low cost and high capacity. We also verify computation costs and system bandwidth, and evaluate image quality using a PSNR metric.
