Summary: 
An Internet Booster (IB) employing a network deliverable hardware/software complex system which realizes high-performance WEB application is presented. The key-idea of IB is obtaining relevant WEB applications virtual circuit through internet; just as same as downloading general WEB applications specific software from the server. In this paper, we implement a video streaming service based on the IB. Experimental results show that we realized in downloading virtual circuit, dynamic reconfiguration, and remote operation over the internet. Besides, the IB achieved full-color VGA size (24 bits RGB, 640480 pixels) video streaming with 20 frames per second using a wavelet transfer based virtual video codec.
