It is very important to save the spaces and costs of constructing digital terrestrial broadcasting relay stations before the end of analog broadcasting on July, 2011. This paper describes a contiguous channel multiplexer in the UHF band consisting of singly terminated filters to combine neighboring channel signals which are supplied to a transmitting antenna. This type of multiplexer is simpler than CIB type or CIR type one, resulting in space saving and low cost. The measured results show the satisfactory performance according to the specification regulated in so-called "Orange Book".
