Summary:
This paper reports a study for improving human's reaction to System Response Time in interaction with agents which have combination some expression elements like eyes, a mouth and a utterance. We conduct two experiments. First experiments, we study which a display and a utterance which is expression elements have effect in interaction. Second experiments, we study which eyes and a mouth improve an interaction. We obtain that utterance than the expression elements of appearance have effects for user's evaluation to SRT in an interaction and eyes enlarge a latitude to SRT more than a mouth.
