Summary: 
A very compact and high speed Hamming weight comparator is presented. For 64-bit comparator, it only needs 266 transistors, and hspice simulation results using AMI 0.8 µm CMOS process show that the proposed comparator gives a comparision result with a delay time of 4.5 [ns].
