Summary: 
Recently, in ubiquitous environment, mobile environment it is being studied how to make seamless convergence among cellular, WLAN, PAN, WAN, and cellular network, and how to provide convergence service by combining key technologies. In this paper, for providing network convergence in heterogeneous environment, standard movement of WLAN, definition of a seamless service and some key technologies such as resource management control, End-to-End QoS control, and session control are described.
