In this paper, we propose the design method of the three dimensional sound-image based on acoustic hologram using multiple parametric array loudspeakers (Multi-PAL). The proposed method utilizes the multiple parametric array loudspeakers which are arranged as an arc shape, and generates the virtual sound source by focusing the sound emitted from each parametric loudspeaker. Then, it is achieved the radiation characteristics of acoustic waves which are radially transmitted from the virtual sound source with reverberations, and listeners can perceive the three dimensional sound-image on the spatial position. From evaluation experiment, we confirmed that we can design virtual sound source by the acoustic hologram using Multi-PAL, and can perceive the three dimensional sound-image to listeners.
