This paper proposes a power amplifier configuration of Massive MIMO base station. The power amplifier consists of the amplifier path, linear path, and feed-back control path. The feed-back control path minimizes the signal level difference between amplifier and linear paths by controlling the gain and phase values of the amplifier path. The experimental results show that the 14-GHz-band fabricated power amplifier achieves the gain deviation of less than 0.2 dB, and the phase deviation of less than 1.0 degree, which confirms the validity of the proposed configuration.
