Summary: 
The use of a cylindrical slot antenna is proposed in order to reduce reflected waves from surrounding objects in a three-dimensional fading emulator. It is confirmed from the experimental results that horizontally polarized reflected waves are significantly reduced when a cylindrical slot antenna is utilized instead of using a conventional Spertopf dipole antenna as scatterers, resulting in an accurate Over-The-Air measurement using the apparatus.
