In this paper, we propose a COR and CTR estimation method that enables both high estimation accuracy and low complexity of processing. In order to suppress the sensing error, we modify the state of the sensing result by continuous detection results on the time axis and updating the state probability based on the provisional CTR estimation result. After the reliability of the sensing result is evaluated by two threshold values, the temporary CTR is estimated from the highly reliable sensing result, and the sensing result with low reliability is only updated. The proposed method achieves the low complexity and high accuracy for estimating COR and CTR.
