Summary: 
A composite of epoxy resin and tungsten powder was acoustically loaded on the side of the thickness type piezoelectric transducer, and it was excited in the thickness mode with a burst sine wave voltage of 1 MHz. As a result, thickness vibration with uniform vibration velocity was obtained.
